Kyrgyzstan and China discuss construction of oil refinery and pipeline

Erlist Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, met with executives of the Chinese oil and gas corporations CNPC and Sinopec in Beijing.
