Russian National Guard chief visits Bishkek, meets with Interior Minister

A delegation from the Federal Service of Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardiya), led by its director Viktor Zolotov, is visiting the Kyrgyz Republic, the Interior Ministry reports.
