Rape-accused Sibiya allegedly exchanged explicit messages with minor before arrest

New allegations concerning a 16-year-old girl and an unpaid sexual-services dispute have emerged following the arrest of suspended police lieutenant-general Shadrack Sibiya on rape, trafficking and child-grooming charges.
