Bosnia and Herzegovina plans a major digital overhaul of vehicle registration starting in 2028. Under the new setup, the registration certificate turns into a card and stamping disappears altogether. Croatian drivers will recognize much of the system, since Croatia already issues card-format certificates. Sarajevo, though, is adding functions that have no equivalent in Croatia.
