People aged 65 and over make up 6 percent of Kyrgyzstan’s population

According to the National Statistical Committee, people aged 65 and over account for about 6 percent of Kyrgyzstan’s population. This was reported at an interagency conference discussing the draft of Kyrgyzstan’s report on the Fifth Review of the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing.
