The holding companies behind the Crystal Jade restaurant group have gone into receivership. Kroll, a financial and risk advisory firm, is now reviewing the group's finances and day-to-day operations. A possible restructuring is part of that work. Meanwhile, the restaurants themselves are still open and serving customers.
