Listyo appeared at President Prabowo's side during the Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony, which Prabowo personally led. The former head of the police criminal investigation division attended as an invited guest and took part in the proceedings. His presence came on the same day that commissioner Suyudi faced his fit and proper test to become national police chief before the DPR. The day itself commemorates the anniversary of the suppression of the 1965 coup attempt.
