Nigeria's rights community used the country's 66th independence anniversary to press the government on delivery. The National Human Rights Commission, RULAAC and CISLAC each sent separate anniversary messages, shared with Premium Times on Thursday. All three argued that reforms will mean little unless they translate into better lives and stronger protection of citizens' rights.
