INEC's office in Sokoto State has told eligible voters to start collecting their Permanent Voter Cards from October 9, 2026. The commission also wants residents to keep their confidence in the electoral process. The appeal was aimed at getting more cards into people's hands while easing any doubts they may have about the system.
