Petitioners seek High Court order to halt KURA Director‑General’s functions after term expiry

Two citizens have filed a constitutional petition in Kiambu High Court asking that KURA Director‑General Eng Silas Murira Kinoti be barred from acting after his fixed term allegedly ended on 18 June 2026.
