Five foreign nationals have been charged with extortion-related offences in British Columbia. Police arrested four of the men in Surrey on Thursday as part of an operation called Project E_PURSUANCE. The fifth suspect, a man from India, was taken into custody at Toronto-Pearson International Airport.
As part of Project E_PURSUANCE, four men were arrested in Surrey on Thursday and one man, a resident of India, was arrested at Toronto-Pearson International Airport, police said.
