Woman finds faeces smeared in Queenstown lift: 'Someone must have been very desperate'
A lift ride turned stomach-churning for a Queenstown resident who went to check her neighbour's report of faeces in the cabin. Queena Ong, a 26-year-old content creator, found the mess smeared in a corner of the lift at Block 160 Mei Ling Street, with the smell filling the whole cabin. The incident happened around 11.30pm on 31 August. She and her younger sister filmed the scene and posted it on TikTok on 2 September, joking that someone 'must have been very desperate'.
A Queenstown resident was left gagging after checking on reports from her neighbour of faeces in the lift — only to find it smeared in a corner and the entire cabin reeking.A TikTok video uploaded on Wednesday (Sept 2) by Queena Ong shows her and one of her younger sisters walking towards the lift at her HDB block. "Somebody sh*t in the lift," she captioned in the video. "No hate, I was just genuinely curious (to see) what it looked like. We all sh*t our pants."The 26-year-old content creator told AsiaOne that the incident occurred at Block 160 Mei Ling Street at around 11.30pm on Aug 31. She recalled that she was on the first floor, about to take the lift upstairs, when her neighbour stopped her and told her not to use it because there was "something in the lift". She initially thought he was referring to the seventh lunar month, more commonly known as the Hungry Ghost Month, which scared her. "After further probing, when he said someone shat in the lift, I cracked up laughing," recalled Ong.
