Western Cape High Court refuses occupiers leave to appeal Transnet eviction

The Western Cape High Court has refused leave to appeal an eviction order affecting people occupying Transnet-owned properties in Woodstock and Salt River. The court said the evidence supported an inference that the sites were being used as a base for criminal activity.
