Monarch Capital cleared to acquire 60% of De La Rue Kenya

Kenya’s Competition Authority has approved Mauritius‑based Monarch Capital Limited’s purchase of a controlling 60% stake in De La Rue Kenya, leaving the state with a 40% share.
