Lego to Open New Prague Store on Na Příkopě Street on October 22
Lego will open its second Czech store on Na Příkopě Street in central Prague on October 22. The Lego Store Prague City Center will open to the public at 10 a.m. The 496-square-meter shop will carry the full Lego range, including sets available exclusively through Lego stores. The interior will incorporate references to Prague and Czech history. Among the models on display will be Lego versions of the Prague Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, Charles IV and the Czech double-tailed lion. A model of a Prague tram will also be part of the store’s design. Visitors will have access to several interactive features, including a station where they can create their own minifigures and a Pick & Build area. Prague-wide Lego Game The opening campaign will begin earlier in October with a series of Saturday challenges. During the first three Saturdays of the month, families will be able to follow clues published on social media and search different parts of Prague for project ambassadors. The ambassadors will be carrying Lego models representing Prague landmarks, including a tram, the Astronomical Clock and Charles IV.
