Executive intimidation of opposition undermines separation of powers – Prof Oquaye

Former Speaker of Parliament, Prof. Aaron Mike Oquaye, has cautioned that the principle of separation of powers is undermined when the Executive uses state institutions to intimidate or silence members of the opposition.
