Cape Town’s unfinished highways at centre of major Foreshore redevelopment plan

The City of Cape Town has unveiled plans for a new bridge, underground tunnel, parks and a mixed-use neighbourhood to transform the Foreshore’s unfinished highways. The multibillion-rand project remains subject to design work, public consultation and statutory approvals.
