RDC-Ebola : « Cette épidémie n’est pas une fatalité » la CENCO appelle à renforcer la riposte face à la démotivation des soignants et à la désinformation
The Catholic bishops' conference of the DRC, CENCO, says the Ebola epidemic is not a fate the country must accept. In a message marking the ongoing outbreak, it called for a stronger response at a time when health workers are losing motivation and false information about the disease is spreading. The bishops urged concrete backing for caregivers and asked communities to reject rumors that undermine the effort. Without that, they warned, the virus will keep taking lives.
