Winde tells Court no affordable housing project completed in Cape Town CBD since 2017

Western Cape Premier Alan Winde told the Western Cape High Court that nine social-housing projects are in the pipeline on provincial government land in Cape Town’s CBD, while acknowledging that no affordable housing project has been completed there since 2017.
