Zelenski: Ukraina goditi dy objekte nafte dhe një poligon stërvitjeje në Perm, Samara dhe Astrakhan të Rusisë
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Wednesday that Ukrainian forces had struck four targets in Russia which, in his words, help Moscow finance and develop the war. Among them were two oil facilities and a military training ground, located across the Perm, Samara and Astrakhan regions. Strikes on oil infrastructure have become a recurring feature of the campaign, as Kyiv works to shrink the revenue that covers Russia's war costs and disrupt fuel supply for its army. Adding a training ground to the list points to pressure on manpower as well, hitting the places where new soldiers are prepared before deployment. Zelensky presented the results as proof that Ukraine keeps reaching deep into Russian territory even while the front line grinds on. Alongside the strikes, he disclosed a response operation in the Black Sea, where Ukrainian naval forces have repeatedly targeted Russian assets. Kyiv usually holds back details of such missions while they unfold, so a fuller picture of the damage may take time to emerge. The announcement also serves Kyiv's effort to show that its long-range campaign is steadily degrading Russia's capacity to wage war.
