Armenia * Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has classified the Shaki incident as a ‘regular criminal incident’. Pashinyan argued that it could have ended differently if Ani Avetisyan, the woman injured by the Azerbaijani soldier, had waited for police to arrive.
