Three armed men robbed a pharmacy on Avenida Doutor Ângelo Simões in the Jardim Leonor neighbourhood of Campinas, in São Paulo state, early on Thursday. The Military Police said the incident was logged at around 2:25am. The robbers pulled up in a car with their faces covered by black caps and took three employees hostage while they took the money from the premises. They left with cash, plus weight-loss injection pens and skin care products, items that have become popular targets in Brazilian robberies. No one was injured during the ordeal. No suspects were arrested, and the men got away. The case was registered at the 5th Police District, which will now investigate. Police have not said whether they have any leads on the culprits.

Ainda de acordo com a PM, os suspeitos usavam toucas pretas para esconder o rosto. O caso foi registrado no 5º Distrito Policial de Campinas.
