Inside Sibiya's bail hearing: Bakkie debt, 300 secret recordings and alleged threats

A disputed R300,000 debt over a GWM bakkie, claims of a secret file containing information on senior officials and politicians, and allegations of hundreds of recordings have emerged during the bail hearing of suspended deputy national police commissioner Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya.
