Barcelona have kept their perfect start to the LaLiga season intact with a 3-0 home win over Getafe. Not a single league point has slipped away from the Catalan side so far this campaign. Real Madrid stayed hard on their heels by beating Villarreal 1-0 later in the day. The Madrid victory carried a sting, though, with Vinicius Jr shown a red card during the match. Losing the Brazilian for upcoming fixtures will test the depth of Madrid's attack. The two results leave the race for the Spanish title tightly bunched at the top. Getafe, meanwhile, went home with nothing to show for their trip.
