Full story
A couple has pleaded guilty to regularly abusing their baby son, Trevor Neo Yu Hin. The abuse began when the boy was just over a month old, the court heard. It stretched on for months and ended with his death at eight months of age. The child died after being smothered. Both parents have now admitted the pattern of mistreatment in court. The guilty pleas clear the way for sentencing at a later date. Given how young the victim was across those months, the case has few parallels in its severity.
Trevor Neo Yu Hin was abused by his parents from when he was just over a month old and eventually died when he was eight months old.
