Iran seeking constructive relations with neighbors: Dep. FM

TEHRAN, Oct. 12 (MNA) – Emphasizing that the presence of US forces in the region is the main source of instability and insecurity, Iranian deputy foreign minister says the country is seeking constructive relations with its neighbors.
