Caledonia cuts Blanket gold forecast, trims 2026 capital spending to US$94.3 million

Blanket is now expected to produce between 69 000 and 72 500 ounces of gold this year, down from the initial target of 72 000 to 76 500 ounces, the company said in a statement on Friday. The earlier range had been reaffirmed in July, when the miner said output would be weighted to the second half of the year.
