Kazakhstan's Ministry of Labor explained how the assessment of a family's level of well-being is calculated, NUR.KZ reports. The calculation takes 59 indicators into account, not just income. According to the headline, the threshold of 350,000 tenge per person is not the only factor in determining which families are considered wealthy in Kazakhstan.
