Russia plans to set up ten polling stations near its western borders so citizens living in neighbouring countries can vote without a long journey. The stations will be located in the Kaliningrad, Pskov and Leningrad regions, close to crossings into Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Central Election Commission official Pavel Andreyev announced the arrangement.
