Government wanted to ‘tilt the balance’ with new EC appointments – Kwakye Ofosu

Government spokesperson, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has admitted that the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) wanted to “tilt the balance” in the composition of the Electoral Commission (EC) with the appointment of Emilia Afi Agbenyo as a Deputy Chairperson.
