US‑UK operation disables 3.7 million fraud‑linked social media accounts in West Africa

The US Department of Justice and Britain’s National Crime Agency say a joint crackdown removed over 3.7 million scam‑related accounts, pages and groups across Nigeria, Ghana and other West African nations.
