Parliament defends decision to drop Madonsela as Phala Phala evidence leader

Parliament says it was entitled to reconsider Advocate Thandazani Madonsela’s nomination as evidence leader after receiving new information. The EFF and ALPA are asking the Western Cape High Court to overturn the decision.
