‘I thought I won’: Sibiya allegedly invokes Madlanga Commission and 121 dockets in threat to teen’s father

Former top cop Shadrack Sibiya allegedly told a man who opened a case against him that he had dealt with the Madlanga Commission and the 121 dockets, before complaining that his career and family were now “destroyed”, the court heard.
