WATCH: Umlazi SASSA applicants turned away amid water shortages and unsafe toilets

Grant applicants say they have queued from as early as 4am, only to be turned away when the Umlazi office reaches its daily capacity or faces water and sanitation problems. SASSA says alternative offices are being prepared.
