The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency issued an early warning for high waves. These conditions may affect several Indonesian waters from October 17 to 20, 2026. Waves could reach heights of up to 4 meters. Wind patterns north of the equator generally blow from the northeast to the southeast at speeds of 6 to 25 knots.
