Heavy traffic at Woodlands Checkpoint due to tailback from Malaysia: ICA

Travellers who are intending to head across the Causeway should note that there is currently heavy departure traffic at Woodlands Checkpoint.In a social media post at around 11.30am, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority said this is due to tailback from Malaysia.Checks on the Land Transport Authority's (LTA) traffic cameras at 12.20pm show that traffic tailback is around the midpoint mark of the Causeway.Traffic congestion is also seen around the Woodlands Crossing area, extending to Woodlands Flyover. At 12.20pm. heavy traffic is seen along Woodlands Crossing, extending to Woodlands Flyover. ICA advised travellers to expect delays and to check traffic conditions before embarking on their journey.
