Johannesburg High Court sets aside R269,000 property debt judgment over service failures

The Johannesburg High Court has set aside a R269,448 default judgment and a related execution order after finding that a summons served at a vacant Sandhurst Towers unit may not have reached the owner and that the execution application failed to provide proper notice.
