Željko Komšić has fired back at Damir Mašić with a pointed public message. He noted that Mašić likes to open with the phrase 'E moj Željko', and asked why Mašić has gone silent now that an indictment is being filed against his party chief. The remark came during a longer conversation with the outlet. In that talk, Komšić looked back at the Democratic Front's result in the elections and what the party can build on from it. Coalition options also came up, as did his view on who actually controls every process behind the scenes. Komšić then explained what he plans to do next, given that he did not win a mandate in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He signalled no retreat from politics despite missing out on that seat. The jab at Mašić makes clear the friction between the two men has not cooled.
