Boca Juniors coach Rodrigo Arruabarrena met reporters and kept the mood light, trading jokes with the press before turning to the task at hand. His team prepare for Tuesday's return leg of the Copa Sudamericana semifinal against Vasco da Gama. One big question was whether club captain Leandro Paredes would start, and the coach did not rule it out. He indicated the call would depend on training sessions and on how the side looks tactically. Arruabarrena also spelled out how he expects the rematch to play out and where Boca must improve after losing the first leg 1-0. He made clear that scoring at the Maracaná is non-negotiable if they want to stay in the tie. The plan, he suggested, is to impose Boca's game rather than sit back and wait. With everything still to play for, his tone remained confident.
