Video footage has surfaced of masked ICE agents taking down an American citizen. The man was left with a broken arm and begged those around him for help. His daughter has laid out what happened on a GoFundMe page she set up. According to her, her father was hit by a vehicle belonging to ICE. She also states that agents struck him with a taser on two occasions. The case stands out because the agency deals with immigration enforcement and is not supposed to target US citizens.
