Justice Minister Abdel Latif Wehbi issued directives to the ministry’s central and regional directors, court clerks’ office heads, and public prosecution secretariat heads to confront unauthorized absence from work. In a circular, Wehbi stressed the need for several measures to ensure the efficient application of the job-abandonment procedure set out in Article 75 bis.
