New data from the property site Boligsiden shows a slowdown in the Danish property market. Three percent fewer properties were sold in 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.
Three percent fewer properties have changed hands in 2026 compared to the number of sales which had taken place by this point in 2025, according to new figures from property site Boligsiden.
