Istanbul residents in three districts are being warned of planned water cuts linked to work on a water transmission main. Başakşehir, Esenyurt and Arnavutköy are among the areas affected. The outage is limited to certain neighborhoods, so not all residents in the three districts will be affected. Water service is expected to remain unavailable for 11 hours tomorrow. The work is intended to upgrade the city’s water infrastructure. Residents in affected areas are advised to store drinking water in advance and follow local notices for the exact schedule.
