Kayode Fayemi, the former governor of Ekiti State, has expressed sorrow over the deaths of Emmanuel Uduaghan and Patrick Dele Cole. Uduaghan was a former governor of Delta State, while Cole was a statesman. Fayemi described their deaths as a loss to Nigeria and praised the contribution each man made to public life. His message focused on their service to the country rather than personal details of their passing. The account did not specify when either man died or the cause of death. It also did not include other tributes or reactions to their deaths.
