Uzbekistan's construction minister said mandatory payments from residents will be suspended if a management company fails to submit a quarterly report through the Mening uyim system. The filing requirement is intended to make building managers accountable for the funds they collect. Residents' compulsory charges would stop being calculated until the missing report was received. Once a company submits the report, payments for earlier months that were already transferred will not be recalculated. Uzbekistan removed 45 management organizations from its registry during 2026. The statement did not identify the organizations affected by the removals.
