Yasser Asani is one step away from taking the AFC Champions League Elite award for the best goal of the week. The Esteghlal winger scored against Al Gharafa of Qatar. His strike has been chosen as a nominee for the weekly honor. The nomination gives the Albanian international a chance to earn a continental individual award. It also puts Esteghlal's attacking play in view across the Asian club competition. The final result will decide whether Asani takes home the prize for his goal.
