Jordan's mobile bakeries operating in Gaza have produced more than 69 million loaves of bread since the beginning of 2025. The count covers output accumulated by the mobile baking units since January. Their mobile format is designed to bring baking capacity closer to communities that need bread. The initiative forms part of Jordan's support efforts for Gaza, according to the report. The announcement did not say how many bakeries were active at a given time or where they were stationed. It also gave no breakdown of flour use, distribution, funding or daily production rates.
