Footage described in the headline shows streets in southern France completely submerged following severe weather. The title presents the scene as evidence of the extent of the flooding, which covered road surfaces across the affected area. It does not name the town or region, so the precise location cannot be determined from the available material. The item also gives no date or storm type, and it does not provide rainfall totals or information about injuries. No details are provided about damage to homes or transport services. The short report documents the flooding itself and does not explain how authorities responded. What can be confirmed is that severe weather left extensive parts of the affected streets under water.
