Vietnam and Denmark signed 16 cooperation documents at an official ceremony attended by To Lam and King Frederik X. To Lam attended in his roles as General Secretary and president, while Frederik X attended as Denmark’s king. The agreements cover several areas of economic activity rather than a single bilateral program. Offshore wind energy was among the sectors included in the package. The documents also establish cooperation in logistics and aviation. Technology was another field covered by the agreements. The signing ceremony placed the accords within a broader state-level relationship between Hanoi and Copenhagen.
