A search is under way in Argentina's Río Negro province for a four-year-old boy whose car plunged into a canal. The accident took place in Fernández Oro, on the stretch near Route 22. Security forces and Civil Defense crews, backed by divers, have been combing the canal since the vehicle went under. Teams are still working the waterway as they look for any sign of the child.
